The assistant
Ask it anything a patient would ask, and it answers from your service list, your prices and your practitioners’ actual diary — then books the appointment while the conversation is still open.
Putting it on your site
Paste it into your existing site — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, something a nephew built in 2011. There is no key to copy and nothing to configure; the snippet knows which clinic it belongs to.
Visitors who never click it never load it, so it costs your page nothing.
That is the whole installation.
What it can do
Your services, what each one involves, how long it takes and what it costs — read from your own list, so a price change is live the moment you save it.
It works out real availability from working hours, holidays, time off, existing bookings and the gap you keep between sessions.
Same conversation, no handoff to a form. A room is assigned, the confirmation email goes out, and it lands in your diary.
When somebody would rather talk to a person, it takes their number and when to ring, and puts them in a queue with what they were asking about.
Where the limits are
The failure everyone fears is a chatbot confidently telling a patient something untrue. So it isn’t allowed to answer from memory — every fact it states is looked up first.
Speaking, not typing
There’s a microphone in the composer. They talk, it types, and they can fix anything it misheard before sending — nothing is sent on their behalf.
Tone
You write the personality and the house rules in plain English — how formal to be, what to always mention, what to never promise. No prompt engineering, no templates.
Appearance
Pick the bubble’s colour and which corner it sits in. Your logo and clinic name are on it. Patients see you, not us.

Transcripts
Every conversation is kept, and the ones that turned into a booking are marked. It is the clearest picture you will get of what your website fails to explain.
Transcripts sit behind their own permission, separately from the diary — people volunteer things in a chat box they would not put on a form.
We’ll load your services and your practitioners, put the snippet on a copy of your site, and you can try to catch it out.
